We (Torre) are helping SYCSA find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales engineer - Colombia and Panama.

Compensation:
COP 4M - 4.5M/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
● You have +3 years of experience in project management, engineering, and presales.
● You are proficient in technical sales.
● English - Conversational.
● Spanish - Conversational.


Responsibilities and more:
This role offers commissions; the range is 4% to 5% commission, depending on the project.

Responsibilities:
• Comply with pre-sales and post-sales processes in comprehensive projects, loose equipment, spare parts, and services according to the company (systems for the handling and storage of bulk materials) serving various industries (plastics, food, construction, chemicals, etc.). Track the client portfolio through CRM.
• Provide attention to new sales opportunities, with captive clients and develop new prospects.
• Maintain comprehensive communication with internal and external customers, achieving complete satisfaction and raising the area's sales indicator.
• Consultative sales.
