About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while supporting administrative operations, digital marketing tasks, sales efforts, and client communication—especially within real estate–related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and databases and CRM systems.
Support and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
Perform administrative coordination across teams and departments.
Draft and edit professional written communications and documents.
Organize, manage, and maintain digital files and documentation.
Conduct research and provide support to the sales team.
Handle communication, follow-ups, and client-facing interactions as needed.
Utilize technology and tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and similar platforms.
Maintain high attention to detail and uphold excellent organizational standards.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Work proactively, independently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
Learn new real estate projects quickly to assist in potential communications with clients.
Manage calendars, scheduling, and agenda organization.
Requirements
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing support, and document management.
Proficient with cloud tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Quick learner, especially regarding real estate–related information.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability.
