Role overview
We’re hiring a confident, high-energy Sales Representative to sell advertising placements for a digital magazine. This is a remote role for candidates based in Colombia who are comfortable with a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment.
This is not an entry-level role. Success in this position requires confidence on the phone, discipline, and the ability to follow a proven sales script exactly as provided.
What You'll Do

Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily
Execute sales conversations using a tested script (verbatim)
Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
Confidently present different package options without sounding pushy
Close deals efficiently and consistently
Track and sales activity accurately
What we’re looking for

Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation (American-style accent preferred)
Proven sales experience (closing, appointment setting, or quota-based roles)
Comfortable with high call volume and frequent outreach
Ability to follow scripts closely and stay on-message
Confident, resilient, and results-driven mindset
Motivated by commissions and performance
Nice to have
Experience with international clients
Remote sales experience
Background in high-volume or script-based sales environments
