Job Description
Lead teams to successfully deliver customer experience and engineering solutions leading to client business value
Identify and realize business outcomes through the use of the most suitable and effective project management approach, methods, processes, and tools to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality
Support clients’ business objectives by delivering experience and engineering solutions, including experience management, ecommerce, customer data, cloud, and microservice platforms
Enact lasting changes to the client’s ways of working by utilizing a consultative approach that focuses on defining and measuring customer value delivered at each milestone
Organize and lead ongoing team planning sessions to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
Optimize delivery within a project or program through insights and mitigation strategies for project risk management
Guide internal leaders and external senior stakeholders on program delivery methods ceremonies and protocols to streamline and structure workflow to deliver timely results
Qualifications
Work closely with Clients Experience lead and work with the business to define project scope, key milestones, and priorities
Document and track dependencies
Work with designers to review and establish timelines and deadlines, track progress, etc
Support Experience lead(s) and designers in defining ways of working / process for clarifying and gathering requirements.
MUST HAVE work with UX design Teams
Operations - documenting ongoing work status for profiles in Smartsheets, and present status
Ensure the work the designers are doing is aligned with the overall scope and milestones.

Additional Information
Experience working with Creative or UX/UI teams
Scrum, Product or SaFe Certification
Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences


This a full-time contract, please expect to work 40-hours per week for the duration of the contract.
