Masterlingua is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate online English teacher to coach, tutor, and help students achieve their language learning goals. We in Masterlingua have developed a conversation-based methodology and our priority is to help students achieving SPEAKING Proficiency. Masterlingua will be training you and will provide you with teaching materials, guidance, and the opportunity to make a difference in our students lives. No need to waste time commuting, our classes are 100% online.Benefits and pay range:
• You will start with a part time service contract (6 hours a day Mon – Fri) that can be improved depending on performance. (We’re growing very fast and looking to build a strong team).
• 2’000.000 Colombian pesos per month.
• Get paid non-working holidays, vacations bonus as well and a performance bonus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Teach virtual classes following the methodology and material provided.
• Keep track of students learning process.
• Regularly assess students and provide feedback about student learning difficulties.
• Respond to student enquiries when required.
• Be punctual and track student’s attendance and punctuality.
• Enhance Masterlingua reputation and share best practices.
• Ensure teaching meets learner needs and expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, native or close to native conversational level.
• 1 Years of experience preferred, but not necessary as we will train you in our methodology.
• Dynamic, fluent, easy going, jovial and creative attitude.
• TEFL, TESL certifications would be a plus.
• Must have a laptop/desktop, HD webcam, headphones and wired internet connection.
• Good use of online conferencing tools.
