About ILS International Learning Services SAS: we are an educational organization with 15 years of experience in Colombia, specializing in providing high-quality educational materials and services for English language teaching. We are currently looking for an English Academic Consultant to join us on a freelance basis to support our team in the implementation and training of our educational products.

The consultant will receive training on job performance and our policy and procedures, enabling them to collaborate with the sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new users.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Retention Support: Collaborate in managing relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Acquisition Support: Work with the sales team to identify and attract new clients.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions using pre-designed presentations, either virtually or in-person, for our clients and sales teams.
School Visits: Conduct visits to educational institutions to present our educational resources.
Customer Service: Provide support to current and potential clients, ensuring proper follow-up.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the ELT (English Language Teaching) sector.
Postgraduate degree or master’s in education, TESOL, TEFL, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
Excellent presentation skills, particularly in delivering product and service training to teachers.
Ability to build long-lasting and effective relationships with clients and partners.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and international English exams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, be proactive, and stay organized.
Minimum B2 English level.
Willingness to travel within Bogotá.
