We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trucking Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching trucks, finding profitable loads, and maintaining strong relationships with both drivers and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch trucks efficiently to maximize productivity and revenue.

Find and secure profitable loads for drivers.

Monitor drivers over the road, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.

Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.

Track shipments and provide updates to clients and management.

Handle scheduling, route planning, and problem-solving for over-the-road operations.

Negotiate rates and contracts with clients when needed.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a trucking dispatcher in the USA.

Strong knowledge of USA trucking regulations and load boards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.

Customer service-oriented and professional demeanor.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or business training is a plus.
