Descripción de la Plaza

Our main goal as a team is to address our customers' needs. You will be the first contact with our customers from around the world, ensuring top quality assistance for our home automation platform and products. You will perform detailed technical investigations as required and provide documentation, information, workarounds, and software to solve the requests. Also, you will have the possibility to test a lot of new features, as well as the latest devices and generations of hardware.



Requirements:

Excellent English speaking and writing capabilities

Very good communication skills

Medium knowledge of computer, Internet, network usage, configuration, troubleshooting

Capability of searching solutions for new, unknown issues that may arise

Technical Orientation

Availability to work in shifts

Quick learner, patient, organized, sociable



It’s a plus:

Knowledge of another foreign language besides English such as: French, German, Portuguese

Linux knowledge
