Destination Group is a vertically integrated hotel and hospitality company focused on owning, developing, acquiring and operating hospitality assets and brands across international markets. The Group operates 4- and 5-star hotels and resorts, hostels, hybrid hotels and restaurants under both proprietary and global brands. The platform combines investment and operating capabilities. Destination Group and its affiliated Collective Hospitality group can acquire freehold and leasehold hospitality interests, secure and structure management agreements, undertake new developments and reposition existing assets. The Group also has an in-house construction/development capability and an in-house hotel and hostel management platform. Current brand and operating exposure includes: Holiday Inn, Radisson, Hard Rock Hotels, Socialtel, Slumber Party Hostels, Bodega Hostels, Path Wellness Resorts, Big Boy, Hooters, Scoozi and Hard Rock Cafe.

Descripción de la Plaza

Key Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage construction projects to meet the agreed scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and local teams in each country.
Monitor progress and construction quality, and coordinate the resolution of site issues.
Prepare reports on project status, budgets, and matters requiring management decisions.
Travel to project locations within the countries covered by the role as required.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, including participating in meetings, coordinating with management and project teams, and preparing project reports.
We are hiring for two (2) roles:
Group 1: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Group 2: 5–10 years of relevant experience.
