Role: Senior Java Developer

• •We are looking for a Senior Java developer responsible for building Java applications. This includes between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, In addition to support the deployment of these components in live environments and coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.
• The selected candidate is self-motivated and has the ability to learn quickly.
• In addition to support the deployment of these components in live environments.

Function/Responsibilities:
• Work as An integral part of a software development team
• Write code Following system specifications and specific quality guidelines and best practices per app specifications
• Test to ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Analyze user requirements to determine how to translate into Java based implementation
• Implement and maintain Java applications Standard JEE (6,7, 8), SOA or Microservice architectures
• Debugging, resolving and documenting technical issues and resolving technical issues
• Make recommendations to Existing process methodology and software development lifecycle job infrastructure
• Continually engage in professional development
• Elaborate professional-grade technical documentation on all the stages of the software development lifecycle

Education / Experience:
• Technology or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Software development, electronics or similar
• Intermediate English (B1/B2)
• 4 or more years of experience developing systems
• Expert level in Java programming
• Experience in SQL and JPA
• Ability to communicate effectively with a software development team on tight deadlines
• Experienced in developing Web driven systems
• Able to work with minimal supervision
•
Knowledge:
• Strong Java language expertise particularly Java 8 and newer
• Enterprise application development experience using Spring, Spring Boot, XML, JSON
• Relational Database experience such as Oracle, MySQL
• RESTful web services and micro service architecture
• Version control system tools (GIT, Mercurial) and Continuous integration and deployment (Jenkins)
• Spring boot, Micro services (spring cloud), Angular for the UI
• Flowable

Knowledge Nice to have
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, Docker and containers
• Nice to have: Event driven systems with apache Kafka
• Kafka, Kubernetes
• Agile methodologies, SOA and OOP concepts, CI/CD processes
• JEE and application servers (Weblogic, JBoss, Websphere)

Abilities:
• Understanding and implementing of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Able to work Efficiently and effectively in a team setting

Languages:
• English B2 and Spanish
