This fast-paced position focuses on turning 100-150 inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments so our patients can get the treatment they need from our world-class doctors. Bring us your Smile-DNA and BIG personality! We will provide all the training.

Responsibilities:
- Own the schedule; own the patient care goals
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Confirm appointments
- Fill cancellations for the current day and the next day
- Convert leads into new patient appointments
- Take ownership of upset callers and escalations

Requirements:
- High energy; love for sales
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Reliable internet, computer, and webcam
- Tech savvy problem solver
- Bright and bubbly personality

Bachillerato/Preparatoria/Secundaria

Mínimo Nivel de Inglés Requerido
